kara & alex’s unforgettable calgary wedding

This WAS a beautiful wedding, the kind of wedding I dream of when I meet with clients. In September I was ecstatic to be a second shooter for Jon-Mark Wiltshire at Kara & Alex’s wedding in Calgary. They had both of us fly out to be part of a wedding that was full of sincerity and honestly just full of love. When Jon-Mark and I meet up to talk weddings we talk about this one most often, and I think we are in agreement when we say that this was one of the easiest and most fun weddings we’ve been to.  Their family and friends adore them and by the end I did as well and I hope they love my perspective of their day. Here’s my view.

Amy & Peter’s fall wedding

This is Amy & Peter’s wedding which took place at the beginning of October, which is honestly one of my favorite times of year to photograph. We spent some time photographing at Fort Rodd Hill before heading to their reception at the Ward Room in Esquimalt. I don’t really know what to say about their perfect day that the pictures don’t show. My wife and I really enjoy hanging out with these two and had a nice chat with them tonight when they came over to get the DVD of their wedding.

It was a gorgeous day with the weather cooperating, the girls looking gorgeous and the guys were studs. Congratulations on everything you two and I can’t wait to head over to your place and watch some UFC! Thank you for having my wife and I share in your day and I hope you and your family love reliving your day as you look at your photos.I love this.Nice cufflinks!I love the black dresses with the red shoes and the guys’ black suits with the red ties.
