Jesse & Kevin’s afternoon at Elk Lake

A few weeks ago I felt like I was in over my head. A friend of mine and her husband wanted me to do some photos of them but the problem is she’s a good photographer, really good. When we had first talked about doing this couple’s session I said “sure, sure” thinking that she’d forget about me but Jesse didn’t. I was pretty nervous leading into this but once we got going with their little guy Charlie it was absolutely perfect. It was just like the previous session I had where it is just relaxing and easy. The afternoon was spent walking around Elk Lake in the fields and then down by the rowing club. Kevin was just a little bit of a rower, or rowing stud, whatever you want to call it and it is kind of what brought these two together in California. Well, here’s my pics….
