Well, it has been a long time since I did my last post. I can’t wait to get blogging again and sharing lots of photos from this fall.
This wedding was in Mid September on a day forecasted to pour non-stop. We definitely lucked out and had a chance to do a bunch of outdoor shooting with Erin and Matt throughout UVIC. Their wedding was held at the UVIC Chapel and the reception was held at the University Club so it was kind of nice to cruise around with the limited time we had. The one thing I adored about this wedding was that Erin and Matthew were both getting ready at the same hotel and wanted to do a “First Look” and for those brides-to-be it is worth checking out! I had Matthew hanging out at the bottom of the stairs while Erin walked down and I love how it all turned out. The moment is entirely different than what the bride and groom experience at the Church and it felt very very intimate. Matthew and his groomsmen were ridiculous(in a good way) and randomly busted out these hilarious poses. I have no idea what they mean to the guys but they appear so….majestic?(you’ll see). Erin’s girls were absolutely gorgeous although they didn’t really have to same absurd flair that the boys did. It was a beautiful wedding and I really feel like this set of photos really shows the day as it unfolded from the girls getting ready to the air guitar solo by Matthew surrounded by the guys at the reception. I hope you all enjoy the pics!
Yeah, she has perfect skin already!
The first look series. I love them!!!!
